Marie has more than 25 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry, beginning her career as a leasing consultant and working her way up to regional property management for the better part of the past decade, with companies including Advanced Management Group, Western National Group, and ConAm Group of Companies.
In 2018, Kaplan founded NEXT Level Property Solutions, a full-service sustainability company that partners with multi-family property owners to manage their sustainability programs and match energy-saving products and incentives with facility upgrade projects. Kaplan’s goal is to help property owners realize operational efficiencies and savings, as well as savings on the upfront cost of project implementation.
