While employed with the People’s Self-Help Housing Corporation which is a nonprofit developer specializing in affordable housing in rural areas of California, she managed 5 commercial real estate properties and 46 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Assets for a total of 1,700 unit specializing in USDA, RD, HUD, HOME, CDBG,  and Farmworker programs. Amongst peers, her concentrations in the areas of financial analysis, proformas, budgeting, work out plans, property tax abatements, capital needs assessments and hard debt refinancing attribute to her trailblazing in the industry. Alicia holds several industry certifications such as the Certified Housing Asset Management from the Neighbor Works Training Institute and a Tax Credit Specialist.

 

In her community, Alicia serves as the Secretary of the Los Angeles Chapter of the African American Real Estate Professionals which is a Non-Profit Organization designed to advance the economic livelihood of African American Commercial Real Estate Professionals. In this role Alicia provides strategic Thought Leadership and influence partnering with local Corporate Partners and other Non-Profit Organizations to bring mentorship and professional development to Real Estate Professionals within Greater Los Angeles, CA.

 

Alicia holds a B.A. in Sociology from San Diego State University in San Diego, California and is currently pursuing an MBA from Syracuse University with an expected graduation in 2022.

Antina Campbell

Executive Associate

Antina Campbell is a highly skilled professional who has a diverse managerial background within in nonprofit, entertainment, and real estate.   With over ten plus years of property management experience, Antina has managed both commercial and residential properties with a specialty in homeowner associations.  She has been responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of over fifteen homeowner association located in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Beverly Hills, Marina Del Rey and 20+ non-hoa apartment buildings, just to name a few. With 30+ years of managerial and administrative skills, coupled with her undergraduate degree in accounting, she has a deep knowledge of contracts, accounting, and outstanding communication skills for a diverse clientele. In 4th quarter of 2021, Antina launched Grand Horizon Property Management, a boutique management company serving homeowner association communities in the Los Angeles area. She is an active member of the African American Real Estate Professionals and CAI-GLAC (Community Associations Institute- Greater Los Angeles Chapter). 

 


Antina's strong managerial skills afforded her the opportunity to serve as a board member for Los Angeles based non-profit organization, The ASHE Foundation, traveling to over five African countries in a three-year time span. During her volunteer service with The ASHE Foundation, she helped to procure over $450k in-kind donations of new and gently worn shoes, clothing, medical supplies, travel expenses for the organization and basic necessities for disadvantaged children orphaned by the devastating effects caused by HIV/AIDS, War and Poverty in African nations and the Los Angeles homeless community. A "Jill-of-all-trades",  her relentlessness and detailed oriented skills opened the door for a position in music entertainment where she carefully prepared clients to successfully meet the challenges and opportunities that they encounter in the ever-evolving industry.  She created and assisted with the development of new business strategies for major R&B international singer and songwriter Kenny Lattimore by identifying and cultivating marketing partnerships, creating, and executing integrated marketing programs, building artist's brand, and executing events.
